In her role, she is dedicated to finding the best talent for her clients and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for both candidates and employers. Prior to joining Buzzhire, Shivani worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Airtel and a Human Resources Generalist at India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation. Through these experiences, she gained valuable skills in HR management and developed a strong understanding of the recruitment process. Shivani holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management and Marketing from New Delhi Institute of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Shri Aurobindo College. She also attended S.T Mary's Public School, where she studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
